VI. EXECUTIVE SESSION
     Under Govt. Code § 551.071, the Commission may open an executive session
     to confer with its attorney regarding pending or contemplated litigation on any matter listed in this agenda.

     Under Texas Racing Act, Art. 179e, Sec. 6.03, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes,
      the Commission may open an executive session to review a plan for the security of a racetrack
      facility, or a copy of a a management, concession, or totalisator contract.
